Man arrested for shooting individual over parking dispute

A man was arrested after shooting an individual he had a dispute with, and accidentally hitting a young woman with a stray bullet in Tondo, Manila.
The suspect, Gregorio Tabago, 44, was arrested, according to a report by Lt. Col. Melvin Florida Jr., station commander of the Raxabago Station of the Manila Police District (MPD).
The victim was identified as alias "John," 45 years old, while the woman hit by a stray bullet was identified as alias "Che," 20 years old.
The shooting occurred at the corner of Lallaña and J.P. Rizal Streets in Barangay 104, Tondo, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 17.
According to reports, the suspect became angry after failing to find a parking spot for his motorcycle.
He went home, returned shortly after with a firearm, and confronted the victim.
A closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage showed the suspect pointing a gun at the victim and shooting him twice.
The victim was hit in the abdomen, and one of the bullets struck the young woman nearby.
Tabago was apprehended at around 4 p.m. on Saturday by the Northern Police District (NPD) and is now facing charges of frustrated murder and physical injury.
