These are environment, land use, and energy, climate and disaster resilience, urban regeneration, empowering the youth, economic recovery and development, smart city management, and good governance.
"We will continue to pursue our seven-point agenda and we really need to fast-track and expedite our programs to solve our problem of urban decay," Magalong said.
Urban decay is a process where a city or parts of it deteriorates and declines, often characterized by dilapidated buildings, poor infrastructure, and increased social problems.
Magalong reiterated his unwavering commitment to fighting all forms of corruption.
He thanked the people for re-electing him and his supporters for their continued trust and confidence in his leadership.
“Your trust is my strength, and I draw inspiration from it to continue advocating for good governance and a corrupt-free Baguio whose leaders do not lead by greed but with honor. Let us make Baguio a model of good governance for the entire country,” he said.
“Now that politics is over, let's put aside the bickering and forgive anyone who was hurt during the campaign. Let's work together, rise together, and advance the progress that the people of Baguio truly want,” Magalong added.
