Partido Federal ng Pilipinas National President Reynaldo Tamayo Jr. was reelected governor of South Cotabato.

Tamayo cited the strong showing of PFP candidates in the elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
He thanked people behind the successful conduct of the elections in the BARMM.
Among the winning PFP candidates were Esmael “Toto” Mangudadatu in the lone congressional district of Maguindanao del Sur; Datu Tucao Mastura as Maguindanao del Norte governor, and Ali Midtimbang as governor of Maguindanao del Sur.
In Lamitan City, Basilan, Mayor Roderick Furigay and nephew Vice Mayor Hegem Furigay were proclaimed winners alongside 10 councilors.
The City Board of Canvassers certified the results showing six winners from the mayor's PFP.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., PFP national chairman, emphasized the importance of unity in governance. “Governance is a shared responsibility, a mission that requires unity and burden sharing for the common good.”
“To the newly elected, regardless of party or coalition, I extend my hand. Let us move forward together with open minds and common purpose,” the President added.
