The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) has identified the woman whose body was found at a garbage dumpsite on Saint Beatriz Street, corner San Lorenzo Street in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City on Wednesday, May 14.
Police identified the victim as "Verry," 65, a longtime resident of Orchid Street in the same barangay.
Witnesses said she was known in the neighborhood living alone, having no known relatives, and reportedly suffering from mental health issues.

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage from a nearby residence showed Verry leaving her home at around 12:15 a.m. on May 13, wearing the same clothes, and heading toward San Miguel Street.
The QCPD continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding her death and is working to identify any persons of interest.
