SMDC introduces Good Stays Suites with easier, more flexible terms

In that case, you are in good hands with SM Development Corporation’s (SMDC) latest program. With Good Stays Suites, setting up a rental business is made simpler, easier, and accessible to those who want to dive into real estate investment.
Fully furnished solo suite bedroom
The newly-launched Good Stays Suites program offers fully furnished residential condo units with serviced accommodations that are readily available for purchase by investors or lease by tenants.
The co-living and leasing program targets primarily students and young professionals, as well as business travelers and overseas Filipinos, requiring living spaces with flexible terms and hotel-like services and amenities.
These dorm-type bed space rentals are designed to meet the living requirements of around 25,000 students from the National University MOA, and Manila Tytana Colleges.
Duo unit with study and workspace area
Situated in the MOA complex, the program is also geared to fulfill the growing demand for accessible and affordable living spaces for employees working at SM companies and the tenants of the E-com One building to Five.
Initially available at Shore 3 Residences, the first batch of units comes in three different leasing packages: Solo at P26,000 per pax; Duo at P13,000 per pax; and Quad at P6,500 per pax.
Quad Unit fit for a group of students or employees
The packages include weekly general cleaning of the unit, twice-yearly air conditioning unit cleaning, and quarterly grease trap cleaning. Registered tenants can enjoy amenities such as the swimming pool, grand lobby, study and work lounges, commercial strip, and fitness gym in all the Shore Residences towers. The first set of tenants will be moving into a brand new unit with furnishings, a digital lock and key card, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 24/7 security.
Fully equipped gym for registered tenants
For tenants from the SM group of companies, they can avail of a special arrangement in payment terms: the rental advance will be waived, so they can move in with only a month's worth of rent as their security deposit. They can also pay rent every two weeks according to their scheduled monthly payroll.
