RLC Mindanao presence with opening of Robinsons Pagadian

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the Gokongwei Group’s property development arm, has expanded its retail footprint in Mindanao with the opening of Robinsons Pagadian, its 56th shopping mall overall and 8th in the region.

Located in the capital of Zamboanga del Sur, the mall is the latest development under Robinsons Malls, the Commercial Centers Division of RLC, and will add 23,000 square meters of gross leasable area to its portfolio.

Since its launch, the mall has quickly established itself as a vibrant new landmark, drawing enthusiastic crowds not just from the city proper but from nearby towns across Zamboanga del Sur and surrounding provinces in Region IX.

Strategically located across Pagadian City Hall, beside Plaza Luz and the Legislative Building, Robinsons Pagadian sits at the heart of civic and commercial activity.
