Lara Latosa's 'Seaside' exhibit opens as a stirring tribute to the ocean

Conrad Manila hosts the artist's third solo exhibit

Conrad Manila and its Gallery C are proud to welcome Lara Latosa and her third solo exhibit, “Seaside.” An accomplished free diver and environment advocate, Lara is enthusiastic in proclaiming that this “Seaside” collection is her translating her passion for the ocean, ddiving, and the environment onto the canvas, capturing the ebb and flow of the sea’s energy, it’s vivid colors, and the fragile balance that supports our waters’ extensive biodiversity.
In essence, it’s her love letter to the sea, and it’s something she hopes her audience will be able to share and draw catharsis from. Her troupe of friends and loyal supporters made their presence felt on the evening of the exhibit’s launch. It was evident that the paintings all resonated in wondrous ways.

Conrad Manila’s GM Fabio Berto is happy to tender the opening remarks, while on behalf of SM Hotels and Convention Centers, Cathy Hidalgo-Nepomuceno gave a toast to formally open the exhibit. Presented in cooperation with Art Lounge Manila, one can view the paintings until July 12, 2025.
