Revlv Solutions Inc., an authorized reseller of SpaceX’s Starlink in the Philippines, is aiming to expand its connectivity reach across the country’s remote areas through the satellite internet provider.
Revlv Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ryan Labrador said his company’s potential to grow is enhanced through Starlink as it provides the means to connect to geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.
"With Starlink, we're erasing digital borders. We're bringing high-speed internet to places that have been waiting forever for reliable connectivity. This isn't just about internet access—it's about unlocking opportunities," Labrador said in a statement.
Labrador noted that Starlink will contribute greatly to the overall rise in connectivity across the country, particularly helping boost government services and businesses.
"We're watching government services reach citizens who were previously off the grid and seeing businesses in remote areas compete on a level playing field," he said.
Based on its website, Revlv’s major clients include the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the Commission on Audit (COA), the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The company’s technology offerings cover turnkey software solutions, network and communications engineering solutions, and comprehensive managed information and communication technology (ICT) and cybersecurity solutions.
"We're creating foundations that scale and flex as our clients grow…We dig deep to understand each partner's unique challenges and craft solutions that fit seamlessly into their world, amplifying what's already working while solving what isn't,” said Labrador.
"Everything we do is filtered through our core values—ethics, customer service, quality, and pushing the innovation envelope," he added.
With the mantra of being a “technology partner with a heart,” Revlv is also keen on providing the necessary digital security to its clients as part of efforts to make their investments more secure.
The company, in particular, seeks to provide security measures such as perimeter security, endpoint security, firewalls, and some form of defensive and offensive data posture.
Labrador noted that they are also being proactive by hunting for vulnerabilities before they even become a cause of concern.
“When something does pop up, we're already on it, often before our clients even realize there might be an issue," he said.
"Their success fuels our purpose. By building these lasting connections, we develop an intuitive understanding of their business rhythms, challenges, and opportunities," he added.
