Re-electionist Mayor Emi secures her third and final term in Pasay City

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano was proclaimed winner by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in the city's mayoral race.
Rubiano, who won with a big margin of 132,928 votes against her closest rival, former city councilor, Wowee Manguerra, who garnered a total votes of 88,110 will serve Pasay City for her third and final term.
She thanked Pasayenos for continuing to trust Team Calixto to serve the city.
The mayor vowed that Team Calixto will further improve its services in health care programs and education.
Rubiano said her nephew, Councilor Mark Calixto, who ran in the vice mayoral race garnered a total of 12,4002 votes against his rival, a former city councilor, OkidocBong Tolentino with 84,446.
Mark Calixto was No. 1 councilor in the city and the son of lone district Congressman Antonino Calixto.
Antonino Calixto also won by a wide margin of 131,640 votes over his rival, former Councilor Onnie Bayona, who had 73,463 votes.
