The Commission on Elections has proclaimed the winners in the May 12 elections in Pangasinan.
Guico, Lambino, Manay Gina lead Pangasinan winners
Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Isabela victors proclaimed

They were proclaimed in a ceremony on May 13 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall at the Provincial Capitol in Lingayen.
Leading the winners were reelectionists Gov. Ramon Guico III and Vice Gov. Mark Lambino and Gina de Venecia as representative of the fourth congressional district.
She was accompanied by her husband, former House Speaker Jose C. de Venecia Jr., and son outgoing Rep. Christopher during the proclamation.
Also proclaimed were Rep. Art F. Celeste, first district; Mark O. Cojuangco, second district; Maria Rachel J. Arenas, third district; Ramon Guico Jr., fifth district, and Len Primicias Agabas, sixth district .
Gov. Guico thanked the people of Pangasinan for giving him a fresh mandate and assured them that programs in education, health, infrastructure, and tourism will continue.
Nueva Vizcaya
The Provincial Board of Canvassers also proclaimed the winning candidates in Nueva Vizcaya.
Proclaimed were Rep. Timothy Cayton, Gov. Jose Gambito, Vice Gov. Eufemia Ang Dacayo, and Provincial Board members Luisa Corazon Cuaresma (49,958 votes); Clem Cadoy (41,625 votes); Leah Tidang (42,977 votes); EJ Galanta-Martinez (36,244 votes); and Pablo Kindot (34,891 votes) for the south district and Eunice Galima-Gambol (70,999 votes), Atty. John Severino Bagasao (56,175 votes); Atty. Primo Percival Marcos (51,734 votes); Wilson “Ayuda King” Salas (45,830 votes), and Flodemonte Gerdan (44,611 votes) for the north district.
Coin toss
A coin toss decided the winning councilor in the town of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.
Clifford Tito and Thomas Dave Santos, who ran for the first time, garnered the same number of votes (1,351).
The municipal board of canvassers decided that a coin toss would settle the winning candidate.
Santos, 27, won the toss coin.
Authorities said the elections in Nueva Vizcaya were peaceful and orderly.
Tarlac
The elections in Tarlac province were generally peaceful, Tarlac police chief Col. Miguel Guzman said.
A total of 1,670 police personnel were deployed in various municipalities in Tarlac alongside with 255 soldiers and force multipliers.
Proclaimed winners were Rep. Maria Cristina Angeles (second district), Gov. Christian Yap, Vice Gov. Lita Aquino, Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap, Tarlac City Vice Mayor KT Angeles, and Tarlac City Councilors Jojo Briones, Pee Jay Basangan, Genise delos Reyes, Henry de Leon, Weng Quiroz, Cesar Go, Jerome Lapeña, Emy Ladera, Joji David, and Anne Belmonte.
Isabela
Gov. Rodito Albano was elected to his third and final term unopposed in Isabela.
He and Vice Gov. Francis Faustino “Kiko” Dy, also unopposed, were officially proclaimed winners by the Provincial Board of Canvassers on May 13 at Provincial Capitol in the City of Ilagan, Isabela.
Congressional winners were also proclaimed – Antonio “Tonypet” Albano for the first district, Ed Christopher Go for the second district, Ian Paul Dy for the third district, Joseph Tan for the fourth district, Faustino Michael Carlos Dy for the fifth district, and Faustino “Bojie” Dy for the sixth district.
Winning provincial board members were Evyn Jay Diaz and Emmanuel Joselito Añes for the first district; Ed Christian Go and Julie Reyes for the second district; Jose “Bentot” Panganiban and Ramon Juan “RJ” Reyes for the third district; Clifford Raspado and Abegail Sable for the fourth district, Jonathan Jose Calderon and Manuel Faustino “King” Dy for the fifth district, and Marco Paolo Meris and Amador Gaffud Jr. for the sixth district.
