The Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas senatorial slate ran a clean and gimmick-free campaign.
This was proud declaration of Alyansa campaign manager, Navotas City lone district Rep. Toby Tiangco after the mid-term polls officially closed at 7 p.m. Monday, May 12.
"Voting has closed. On behalf of the Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas slate, we thank the millions of Filipinos who made their voices heard today," Tiangco.
"We ran a clean campaign based on clear platforms, solid track records, and firm positions on real issues. No gimmicks. No shortcuts," added the congressman, who was handpicked by President Marcos for his role with Alyansa.
"Voters showed up with clarity and conviction. That alone is a win for democracy," he said.
According to Tiangco, the task is now to protect the people’s vote. "Our teams are fully mobilized to ensure a clean and credible count," he said.
"We urge all sides to respect the process, reject misinformation, and let the people’s voice prevail," he further said.
