Mayor Emi seeks final term

Incumbent Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano is seeking her third and final term as local chief executive.

On Monday, Rubiano, together with her husband, arrived at the Pasay City East High School to vote at  11:00 a.m.

The mayor is running under Team Calixto.

Rubiano vowed to continue her HELP (H for Health and Housing; E for Education, Economic Growth and Environment; L for Livelihood and Lifestyle; and P for Pamilya (Family), Palengke (Market), and Peace and Order) program.
