Several members of the administration-backed Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas slate have successfully cast their vote during the early hours of election day, Monday, May 12.

The earliest to accomplish his ballot and get his finger inked at past 5 a.m. was reelectionist Senator Lito Lapid. Lapid's polling precinct was at the Porac Elementary School in Porac, Pampanga.

Another early bird was former senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson, whose designated election precinct was at Bayan Luma Elementary School in Imus, Cavite. 

Lacson arrived there at 6:36 a.m. and his vote was officially received at 6:46 a.m.

At past 7 a.m., reelectionist Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. cast his vote at his pollimg precinct in Perpetual Village, Bacoor, Cavite.
Also casting his vote at around 7 a.m. was another reelectionist from Alyansa, Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino. Tolentino's vote was received at the Francisco P. Tolentino Integrated High School in Barangay Tolentino East, Tagaytay City.

ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo, considered a frontrunner in the Senate race based on pre-election surveys, cast his vote for the mid-term polls at 8:55 a.m. at Kamuning Elementary School in Quezon City.

Tulfo, who first gained popularity as a broadcaster, arrived at his precinct at 7:09 a.m.

Over at Whiteplains Community Center, also in Quezon City, former Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III cast his vote at 9:13 a.m. He is vying for a historic fifth term in the 24-member Senate.

Sotto was accompanied by his wife Helen Gamboa, Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, and Ciara Sotto.

The youngest member of Alyansa, Las Piñas City lone district Rep. Camille Villar, was designated to precinct 0454E at Las Piñas National Science High School. The House deputy leader executed her ballot at 11:30 a.m.

At 2:30 p.m. in Nemesio I. Yabut Elementary School in Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City, Makati Mayor Abby Binay cast her vote. She was accompanied by her husband, mayoral candidate Makati 2nd district Rep. Luis Campos Jr.
