Lacuna is scheduled to vote at Legarda Elementary School in Sampaloc between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
“I remind Manila voters to vote early to avoid the daytime high temperatures,” she said.
The mayor, who turned 60 on May 6, encouraged vulnerable sectors to vote early.
In Gagalangin, Tondo, Asenso Manileño Chairperson and Manila 2nd District Representative Rolan Valeriano will vote at Lakandula Elementary School.
“Alamin nyo na po agad kung saang presinto kayo boboto. Gamitin ang Comelec precinct finder kung di pa nyo alam ang presinto nyo (Know your precinct early. Use the Comelec precinct finder if you're still unsure),” Valeriano said.
Manila 3rd District Representative Joel Chua will cast his ballot at A. Mabini Elementary School in Sta. Cruz.
“Bilang panigurado, ipinapayo po sa bawat botante magdala ng valid ID upang madaling mahanap ng Board of Election Inspectors ang pangalan ng botante sa listahan ng registered voters) As a precaution, every voter is advised to bring a valid ID so the Board of Election Inspectors can easily find your name on the list of registered voters),” Chua reminded.
Vice Mayor and re-electionist John Marvin "Yul Servo" Nieto will vote at Marcela Agoncillo Elementary School in San Nicolas.
Manila 6th District Representative Benny Abante will vote at Sta. Ana Elementary School in Sta. Ana.
“Magbaon ng mahabang pasensya sa May 12. Magbaon din ng tubig, tinapay, at portable fan para hindi magutom o mahilo habang nasa pila sa presinto (Bring lots of patience on May 12. Also bring water, bread, and a portable fan so you don’t get hungry or dizzy while waiting in line),” Abante advised.
Former Representative Manny Lopez, running again under Asenso Manileño in District 1, will vote at Magat Salamat Elementary School in Tondo.
“Ang inyo pong mga pambato mula sa Asenso Manileño mula Konsehal hanggang Punong-Lungsod ay may panata ng serbisyong diretso sa tao—Tapat at Totoo (Your Asenso Manileño candidates, from councilor to mayor, are committed to serving the people directly—with honesty and sincerity),” said Lacuna.
