Tough mama appliances celebrates Mother's Day with free jeepney rides

Until May 11, Tough Mama, the appliance brand, has launched “Libreng Sakay.”

The routes are as follows:

  • Cubao - Marikina
  • Lagro - Anonas
  • PRC Libertad
  • Tanay - Crossing
  • Baclaran - Sucat

Only one jeep per route, it seems. Each of these jeeps will be in bright pink with the Tough Mama brand slapped to it. There will be no need for any tickets, sign ups, or special passes of any kind. Just the standard hop in, only this time, there’s no need to pass payments to the person next to you. 

To stress that out, the rides under these jeepneys are free.

A short statement from the Tough Mama team said: "This is our way of giving back to the strong, selfless mothers who dedicate so much of themselves every day.”
