3 dead in love triangle altercation

 BIÑAN CITY, Laguna – A 41-year-old security guard shot and killed his live-in partner and a 10-year-old girl and wounded an 11-year-old boy during an altercation over a love triangle  in Barangay Langkiwa, this city, on Thursday afternoon, May 8.
Police identified the fatalities as Joan Bautista and Jenel Levender and the wounded as Joemari.
Investigation said that Bautista and the suspect, Joel,  had a dispute over an alleged third party in their relationship.
Minutes later, gunshots rang out from the house of the victims.
Barangay officials proceeded to the house and found the two fatalities and Joel sprawled on the floor lifeless with bullet wounds.
Joemari was taken to the Ospital ng Biñan.
Police said the suspect shot the victims then himself.
Follow-up investigation is ongoing.
