No. 9 most wanted person for illegal drugs nabbed in Muntinlupa

The Muntinlupa police arrested a man tagged as the No. 9 most wanted person for illegal drugs on May 7.

The Muntinlupa police arrested a man tagged as the No. 9 most wanted person for illegal drugs on May 7.

The police identified the accused as alias Ronyl, 27, a high value drug offender, who was apprehended during an operation along Centennial Avenue, Laguerta Street in Barangay Tunasan, Muntinlupa.

Ronyl was served a warrant of arrest for service of sentence issued by Presiding Judge Philip Acosta Aguinaldo of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 207 for violation of Republic Act 9165 (possession of dangerous drugs).

He is detained at the Muntinlupa police custodial facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.

“This successful operation shows our strong determination to take drug offenders off our streets and protect our communities. Each arrest like this strengthens our mission to build safer and more secure neighborhoods,” said Brig. Gen. Joseph Arguelles, acting district director of the Southern Police District.
