2 high-value targets yield P686k shabu in separate Cavite buy-busts

Authorities seized over P686,000 worth of suspected shabu and arrested two high-value targets in separate anti-drug operations in Cavite on May 7.

CAVITE – Police arrested two high-value individuals and confiscated P686,596 worth of suspected shabu in separate buy-bust operations on Wednesday, May 7.

In General Trias City, operatives arrested a drug suspect identified as alias Atoy.

The suspect yielded three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance valued at P142,596.

In Imus City, meanwhile, a suspect identified as alias Pis was apprehended after being caught in the act of selling illegal drugs.

Confiscated from his possession were 80 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P544,000.

Both suspects are now under police custody.

Cavite Police Provincial Office Acting Director Col. Dwight E. Alegre commended General Trias Component City Police Station (CCPS) and Imus CCPS for the successful operations.
