Junk shop owner shot dead in Davao Occidental

Police said a junk shop owner was gunned down in Barangay Poblacion, Santa Maria, Davao Occidental on Monday night.
Investigation said the 42-year-old victim was loading metal scrap onto his truck when motorcycle-riding gunmen appeared and shot him.
Recovered from the area were six empty .45 caliber shells.
Police and conducting follow-up investigation and pursuing the suspects who fled after the incident.
