Filipino-American singer and Doctor of Nursing Nick Vera Perez has lived in the United States for numerous years, yet his heart remains firmly anchored to the Philippines.
At a recent press conference held during his homecoming in bustling Quezon City, Nick expressed his deep affection for his homeland, stating, "I'm grateful that my shows in the US have been sold out, but there truly is no place like the Philippines. I love promoting my songs here, which is why I continuously return."
Nick is gearing up for an exciting 2025 album tour to promote his fourth all-original original Pilipino music (OPM) album, titled "Parte Ng Buhay Ko." 
His heartfelt project, first released online in 2022, has resonated deeply with listeners, with its narratives striking a chord about love, pain, hope, and healing. Renowned composer Adonis Tabanda crafted all nine songs to provide a unique and personal touch to Nick's music.
Some standout tracks from the album include the poignant “Biyaya,” the introspective “Paghilom ng Sugat,” the passionate “Titig,” the enigmatic “Lihim ng Puso,” the reflective “Kalendaryo,” the questioning “May Tayo Ba?,” the aspirational “Pangarap Ko’y Iaw,” the yearning “Sana’y Mapansin,” and the title track, “Parte Ng Buhay Ko,” each offering a story waiting to be heard.
To bring his heartfelt music closer to his fans and supporters, Nick has organized an impressive lineup of appearances across various platforms, showcasing his dedication to his craft.

Beyond his flourishing music career, Nick is deeply dedicated to community service. During his tour, he will visit the DSWD to champion charity initiatives that emphasize compassion and healing, reflecting his desire to give back to those in need.
Nick cherishes precious family time despite his busy schedule, particularly with his mother, Visitacion Tan. "She’s been my rock. After all this hard work, she deserves a much-needed vacation, and I cannot wait to finally give her that," he expressed with genuine affection.

Nick also took a moment to extend his heartfelt condolences to the Noranians following the passing of the iconic Superstar and National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts, Nora Aunor. 
Reflecting on her legacy, Nick revealed that he once dreamed of inviting her as a guest at one of his concerts. “Her legacy will live on in our hearts. It’s truly heartbreaking that I never had the chance to share the stage with her."
Looking ahead, Nick is currently hard at work on his fifth studio album, a gospel collection titled *Unafraid*, scheduled for release and a promotional tour in 2025. He is also in the preliminary stages of developing his sixth album, which promises to be a high-energy dance-themed project, slated for launch in the fall.
