On World Pilots Day last May 1, Emirates has cemented its commitment to hiring 1,500 aviators in the next two years. Currently, there are already eight Filipino pilots in its global roster.
Emirates is already known for implementing the Accelerated Command program, which fast-tracks First Officers to the role of Captain. More than 80 pilots are already en route to achieving this upgrade.
