On World Pilots Day last May 1, Emirates has cemented its commitment to hiring 1,500 aviators in the next two years. Currently, there are already eight Filipino pilots in its global roster.

Emirates is already known for implementing the Accelerated Command program, which fast-tracks First Officers to the role of Captain. More than 80 pilots are already en route to achieving this upgrade.

What can one expect?

Aspiring pilots will be handling a varying fleet of 261 airplanes and flying to 148 destinations across six continents. Emirates pilots also enjoy a competitive tax-free salary that comes with added benefits such as life, medical, and dental coverage.

Embark on your dream job today by enrolling in any of the airline’s four programs: Direct Entry Captains, Accelerated Command, First Officers Type Rated and First Officers Non-Type Rated.
