If the May elections were held today, five party-list groups may each secure the maximum of three seats in the House of Representatives, based on the Pulse Asia survey results released on Friday, April 11.
Tingog (6.11 percent), ACT-CIS (5.57 percent), Duterte Youth (4.74 percent), Probinsya Para sa Pilipino or PPP (4.64 percent), and 4PS (4.59 percent) registered the highest levels of support in the First Quarter “Ulat ng Bayan” survey, conducted from March 23 to 29.
The survey also found that 45 out of 155 participating party-list groups would likely win at least one seat.
Pulse Asia also reported that public awareness of the party-list system remains high, with 99 percent of respondents saying they are familiar with it.
The survey was conducted independently by Pulse Asia and was not commissioned by any group or organization.
It involved face-to-face interviews with 2,400 adults aged 18 and above nationwide and has a ±2 percent margin of error at the national level.
