Members of the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section arrested a man wanted for lascivious conduct during a manhunt operation on Monday, April 7.
Pasay City Police Chief Col. Joselito De Sesto identified the suspect as alias “Marlon,” 46. He was arrested at around 2:00 p.m. in Barangay 194, Pasay City.
De Sesto said Marlon was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jehan Batua Sampa-Hassiman, of Pasay City Family Court, Branch 11 for lascivious conduct under Section 5(b) of Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) and with a recommended bail of P 200,000 for each count.
He stated that the suspect was detained following his arrest
