Menya Kokoro, the pioneer of authentic mazesoba in the Philippines opened its latest and third branch, Menya Kokoro Kushi & Highballs, at the Gallery 7 design Center in San Juan City on March 19. The new location brings a twist to the well-loved brand, combining its signature mazesoba with delectable skewers and refreshing highballs. Present at the opening was Chef Takuma Ishikawa, founder of Menya Kokoro.

The food
Menya Kokoro first made waves in the country with its award-winning mazesoba, a bold and flavorful take on ramen—without the broth. This unique style of ramen became an instant favorite to local diners, introducing a new way of enjoying Japanese noodles. Menya Kokoro is also proud of their King Prawn Tempura, which has become a social sensation. With its impressive size, crispiness, and incredible value for money, it is a must-try dish alongside other signature offerings.
