Led by veteran Marco Polo “Raven” Fausto, the newcomers are hoping to rediscover the winning formula for an all-Filipino crew after several organizations attempted but failed in the past.

Joining Raven are Filipino rising stars Philip Joshua “Karma” Torres, John Rey “Jing” Duyan, James “Erice” Guerra and Red Laurence “Magg!e” Roa.

When assembling their Dota 2 roster, Team Nemesis set their sights on the Philippines, recognizing the region as a gold mine of raw talent and home of the best esports fans in the world.

The organization believes that, with the right platform and support, Filipino players have what it takes to conquer the global stage.

"The Philippines has some of the most gifted Dota 2 players in the world — they just need the right platform and a team that truly believes in their potential,” said Team Nemesis COO Sebastian Lubczyk.

We're here to be that team. Our goal is to nurture their talent, amplify their strengths, and help them conquer the global stage,” he added.

Team Nemesis is the latest crew to field an all-Filipino lineup in the DOTA 2 pro scene after Blacklist Rivalry dared to bring back the glory days of PH DOTA which reached its peak during the impressive run of an all-Filipino TNC team in The International 2016

However, Blacklist had not much success even with a powerhouse crews once led by Carlo “Kuku” Palad and later on Abed “Abed” Yusopp and Timothy “Tims” Randrup.
