Miriam College suspends classes due to smoke coming from Marikina fire

Classes at Miriam College on Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City were suspended on Wednesday, Feb. 12, after smoke from a warehouse fire in Marikina City has reached the school.

According to an announcement from the school, all students from Grade School and Highschool were sent home after classes were dismissed at 12 noon yesterday due to the smoke coming from the fire in Malanday. 

Work in the school's several departments was also suspended at 1:00 p.m.
