The Altas' road to glory will be a challenging one after the departure of last season's MVP Louie Ramirez who already fulfilled his collegiate duties with the school.

Without Ramirez, Jefferson Marapoc will try to carry the fight along with Klint Mateo and Dexter Arrozado who are all eager to win the team's third consecutive crown.

UPHSD finished the Season 99 elimination round with a 7-2 record before it trounced Arellano in the semis and Mapua in a lopsided finals duel.

Currently in Cavite preparing for the upcoming competition, UPHSD head coach Sammy Acaylar is confident of bagging their third straight crown as he sees the potential of his current roster to hurdle the challenges ahead.

Meanwhile, In the women’s tournament, the Lady Knights, led by Gia Maquilang and Lara Mae Silva, will also aim to complete a three-peat following their undefeated run to the finals last year.
