It’s a true blue dream tandem for the National University products as they unite in one side.

Pingol is coming off a stint with Gilas Pilipinas Women 3x3 which competed in the Fiba 3x3 Women’s Series, while Bernardino is fresh from her run with the national women’s team in the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup Pre-Qualifying Tournament in Kigali, Rwanda.

Joining Pingol and Bernardino are Sam Harada and Eunique Chan as the Dream seek to reinforce their place atop local women’s 3x3 hoops.

“We’re excited to have Kaye and Afril on one team. They’ve already proven themselves in their own right and we couldn’t wait to see them share the court together,” said team owner Peachy Medina.

Uratex Dream is placed in Group A with Relentless and New Waves.

Uratex Tibay, on the other hand, will have a lot on its plate as it is placed in Group B with Gilas Pilipinas and Orca Builders.

Veterans Cecilia Junsay and Ford Grajales will team up with former UP Lady Maroon Justine Domingo and ex-Ateneo Lady Eagle Jel Jajurie to fly the Tibay flag.

But it will be a grind, especially with Gilas parading Hazelle Yam, Mikka Cacho, Jhazmine Joson, and Alyssa Villamor in this tournament organized by decorated coach Mau Belen.

Teams will play in a single-round robin in the group stages on Saturday, with the top team from each group earning an automatic semifinal berth. The second and third-placed teams will face off in a crossover semifinals for the last two semis seats in the knockout phase set on Sunday.
