Man punched dead in Batangas

SAN PASCUAL, Batangas â€“ A man was punched dead during a drinking session in Barangay Laurel, this town, before dawn on Friday, September 6.

Police identified the victim as Freddie Marasigan.

The victim was having a drinking spree with his friends Dieto Ortil, Aaron Pol Cabral, and Demetrio Silang when the drunken suspect, Tico, arrived.

A heated argument erupted between the victim and the suspect.

The suspect suddenly punched the victim in the right jaw and slumped on the ground.

The suspect fled and the victim was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.

Police are conducting a manhunt operation against the suspect.
