Lifeless body found in Tumana River

An unidentified lifeless body was found at the Tumana River in Marikina on Friday evening, September 6.

Marikina City Rescue 161 has not yet disclosed the identity of the victim.

It said that they were informed about the discovery of the body at around 7:22 p.m., prompting an immediate response.

The city's command center coordinated with the Marikina Police upon confirming the report.

As of this writing, personnel from the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) are expected to arrive at the scene to gather information about the victim.
