Alma Moreno reacts to being referred to as third superstar of the '80s

Former sex symbol Alma Moreno described her current life as happy.

"Medyo busy ng konti pero happy. Active pa naman ako sa showbiz," said Alma during an interview by Snooky Serna on YouTube released on Sept. 7.

On her lovelife, Alma said: "Yung pagmamahal never kong tinanggal sa buhay ko eh. Iba-iba kasi ang level ng tao. Ang love sa akin andyan lang. Happy na ako sa buhay ko to serve. Happy na ako sa anak ko." She has seven children from two failed relationships.

She debuted in the movie "Kambal Tuko" opposite Chiquito. But her breakout film was "Ligaw Na Bulaklak." Then, it was followed by another hit movie, "Eva Fonda 16."

Alma praised Vilma Santos-Recto, Amalia Fuentes, and Christopher De Leon for being so nice to her when she was starting.

"Hinahangaan ko si Nora (Aunor) and Vilma. Kumare ko pareho yan," she said.

"Noong binabasa ko yun, happy ka at natutuwa ako pero hindi pumasok sa isip ko na ka-level talaga ako roon. Hindi. Promise," she said. Watch her full interview:
