Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. to hold Annual Stockholders' Meeting for 2024

Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. will be holding its annual meeting of stockholders on October 17, 2024, Thursday at 2:00 PM, at the Corporation's principal office through videoconferencing. Stockholders may participate in the annual meeting via remote communication and cast their votes electronically or in absentia, or by appointing the Chairman of the Meeting as proxy.
