Sexagenarian found dead in deep well

CALAUAG, Quezon – A 67-year-old man was found dead in a deep well in Barangay Doña Aurora here on Wednesday morning, September 4.

Police identified the victim as Alejo, a resident of Barangay Doña Aurora.

Barangay chairman Danilo Borja said the victim had Alzheimer’s disease.

Police found no evidence of foul play during examination.

A post-mortem examination will be conducted on the victim by the municipal health officer to determine the exact cause of death.

Police considered the case closed.
