Tiangco files COC for 2nd term as Navotas mayor

Incumbent Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco filed his Certificate of Candidacy for a second term at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday, Oct. 1, in Navotas City.

Tiangco filed his COC Tuesday morning at Comelec-Navotas with the following candidates for councilor:

District 1 
Vicencio, Arvie John Sangalang
Sanchez, Mylene Refil
Santiago, Lance Angelo Enriquez
San Juan, Richard Suba
Maño, Edgardo Dela Cruz
Monroy, Reynaldo Alonzo filed his COC a bit later)

District 2 
Naval, Ron Hansel Miguel Santillan
Geronimo, Clint Nicolas Baltazar
Santos, Cesar Justine Francisco
Gino-Gino, Emil Justin Angelo Guarte
Lupisan, Analiza Dela Cruz
Vicencio, Rochelle Cruz

Meanwhile, re-electionist Congressman Toby Tiangco also filed his COC under Partido Navoteño at the Comelec NCR office in San Juan City.
