Longchamp reinvents another classic, and it comes in neutrals and vibrant hues

Almost every woman has owned at least one of Longchamp’s iconic nylon Le Pliage totes. But if you’re looking for something different from the French brand, the Le Roseau line is worth considering.

Introduced in the ‘90s, Le Roseau—meaning “reed” in French—features an elegant signature bamboo toggle in silver hardware, inspired by the button of a duffle coat. Spotted at the launch on Sept. 12 at Rustan’s Shangri-La EDSA were personalities such as Kelly Misa, Verniece Enciso-Dichaves, Vanna Garcia, Patricia Prieto, and Cath Sobrevega, all checking out the new collection.

“I love my Le Roseau bag because it’s the perfect blend of style and functionality,” Sobrevega says. “Even though it’s small and chic, it holds all my essentials, like my mini camera, phone, and makeup. Its elegant look and practical design make it a must-have for any occasion. It has definitely become my new favorite.”

With the unveiling of the latest Le Roseau collection comes a fresh look for the Longchamp stores in the Philippines. The spacious storefront features beautifully styled displays that attract customers eager to explore Longchamp’s leather goods and accessories. Cream-colored walls, wooden shelves and tables, cozy plush velour seats, and thoughtfully positioned warm lighting create an inviting atmosphere that puts the bags in the spotlight.
