Singapore Airlines Cafe is now open at the Writers Bar

It’s your chance to live your high tea Bridgerton dream experience as Singapore Airlines (SIA) launched the "Singapore Airlines Cafe at the Writers Bar - Teatime Experience Around the World," an exclusive travel-themed afternoon tea experience in partnership with Raffles Makati and Mastercard.

This culinary experience offers guests a chance to savor global flavors inspired by destinations in Singapore Airlines' extensive network. The carefully curated menu includes dishes such as spicy roasted duck salad with homemade sambal sauce, foie gras parfait on brioche, Belgian hazelnut praline crunch, Australian lamingtons, and Manhattan-style blueberry cream cheese scones.

For tea lovers, the highlight of the experience is the exclusive TWG Tea x SIA Sky Blossom tea. According to Singapore Airlines, it's a green tea blended with garden blossoms and sweetened by honeyed red berry notes. The tea's floral aroma with hints of vanilla is reminiscent of a blooming garden.

"Our carefully curated Singapore Airlines Cafe afternoon tea experience at the Writers Bar offers customers a glimpse into exciting flavors from around the world,” said Liwei Tai, general manager Philippines, Singapore Airlines. “We look forward to offering customers a world-class travel experience when they travel with us to embark on their next culinary adventure."

To elevate the experience, live performances by a pianist or violinist will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Writers Bar. Be sure to book your reservation in advance to enjoy these offerings. Additionally, customers who purchased an SIA ticket with a Mastercard during the promotion period can enjoy 50% off the afternoon tea set when paying with a Mastercard. The afternoon tea will be available daily from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. until November 20.
