The office of Deputy Majority Leader Tingog Party-list Rep. Jude Acidre shared to House reporters pictures of the envelopes that Vice President Sara Duterte allegedly gave to former Department of Education (DepEd) undersecretary Gloria Jumamil-Mercado from February and September 2023.

The nine envelopes were marked with "P50K" as well as the corresponding month.

Also written on the envelopes were the letters "HOPE", which stood for Head of Procuring Entity--Mercado's designation at DepEd.
