The gunman fled.
Tolentino said the victim sustained four bullet wounds and declared dead in a hospital.
Recovered from the crime scene were four empty shells of a .45 caliber firearm.
Tolentino said the victim was arrested for illegal gambling and was suspected to be involved in theft incidents in Barangay 2.
