Filipino students bagged 14 awards at the 10th Iranian Geometry Olympiad (IGO).
The IGO is an annual contest with four different levels: elementary, intermediate, advanced and free.
“Contestants have to solve five geometry problems within four hours in the Elementary Level, and 4.5 hours in the other levels. Unlike the International Mathematical Olympiad, this competition is administered locally by organizers from participating countries,” according to the Go for Gold: Philippine IMO Team Facebook page.
