Living Innovations, renowned for its high-end European furnishings, appliances, and kitchen solutions, recently unveiled the new Living Innovations Experience Hub in Mandaluyong’s Greenfield District. To celebrate two decades in the industry, this state-of-the-art facility showcases the company’s extensive portfolio of luxury home brands, offering customers an unparalleled, immersive experience.

“The idea is for clients to come in with their designers and suppliers and showcase everything here so they can instantly visualize what their home will look and feel like,” says Ferdie Ong, founder of Living Innovations. “It’s rare to have a space like this where they can gather, discuss, and compare everything in one place. We’ve brought it all together to provide that unique option.”

He adds, “We are a multi-brand destination for all your home lifestyle needs. We provide both the products and the service to our customers. Our ultimate goal is to provide customers with everything they could possibly need to create a beautiful home.”

Since its inception, Living Innovations has catered to the refined tastes of its clientele, featuring a curated selection of luxury home brands such as Minotti, Gaggenau, Bang & Olufsen, Bulthaup, Casamilano, Gallotti & Radice, Tacchini, Knoll, Lema, Gandiablasco, Dedon, and more.

Stepping into the future

Living Innovations started in a modest 67-sqm space carrying two brands and gradually expanded to meet the growing demand for larger, more sophisticated showrooms. Significant milestones over the past two decades include the move to Forbes Park to establish a show house and later the opening of a bigger space in Bonifacio Global City.

However, the vision was always to raise the bar further, leading to the creation of the current facility with multiple brands in Mandaluyong City. This fully integrated space houses the company’s warehouse and offices under one roof, allowing them to serve clients more efficiently. Unlike most warehouses located far from the city, this centrally positioned facility enables swift responses to client needs.

“We owe our clients a big thank you, and this is our way of giving back to ensure that our investment in them continues,” tells Ong. “Our commitment is to provide them with better service, which is the essence of luxury. During the launch event, the showroom featured three vignettes in collaboration with interior designer Cyndi Fernandez Beltran, lifestyle personality Mari Jasmine, and Living Innovations’ Ferdie Ong. These spaces highlighted the collaborative and inviting nature of the Hub, allowing homeowners to visualize and refine their choices with confidence.

First, the outdoor lounge by Beltran is perfect for game nights, celebratory lunches, or casual gatherings. Next, Jasmine’s design offers a tranquil retreat ideal for relaxation and intimate get-togethers. A standout feature of the Living Innovations Experience Hub is its double-height central space with a six-meter ceiling, simulating the grandeur of a luxurious living room. This impressive area allows customers to visualize and appreciate the scale and elegance of their future homes. Complementing this is a dedicated wing with 3.5-meter ceilings, creating an intimate setting for showcasing bedroom ensembles, ensuring a comprehensive and immersive experience for clients.
