As of 3 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that “Igme” has left PAR.

In its weather bulletin, PAGASA noted that "Igme" was last located near Itbayat, Batanes, and was moving northwest toward the East China Sea.

TD Igme had maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near its center, with gusts reaching 70 km/h.

‘Habagat’ to persist

Meanwhile, PAGASA stated that monsoon rains will persist, primarily affecting Luzon and Visayas.

The habagat will bring rain to Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.

Occasional rains are also expected in the Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan, still due to the southwest monsoon.

The habagat will also bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Western Visayas, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Samar.

In the rest of Visayas, PAGASA indicated that the southwest monsoon would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected in Mindanao due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of potential flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains, especially in areas experiencing severe thunderstorms.
