Rizal's most wanted persons collared by police - Gov. Nina

Rizal Governor Nina Ynares announced the arrest of the province's most wanted individuals in two separate police operations on Thursday, July 19.

The suspects were identified as "Eman," 24, and "Win," 43.

Eman was tagged as a most wanted individual in the regional level while Win is the No. 1 most wanted under the provincial level.

Eman was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 143, Cainta, Rizal for three counts of statutory rape without bail.

Meanwhile, Win was arrested in Taytay for multiple crimes which include three counts of forcible abduction with rape, murder, attempted murder, two counts of carnapping, and two counts of qualified robbery.
