Starting nine strokes behind overnight leader Yin Young Ko, the two-time Olympian struggled throughout the round and tallied a four-round aggregate of 292 along with American Malia Nam following early rounds of 71, 66 and 77.
She finished 19 shots behind eventual champion Ryu Haeran, who rebounded from a third-round meltdown with a closing 8-under 64 to match Ko at 15-under 273 then beat the fellow South Korean player with a par on the first playoff hole.
Pagdanganan's struggles came early in the round after fumbling with three bogeys on the first four holes before further faltering with a double bogey on the par-4 10th hole.
She briefly regained her composure with a bogey on the 12th, but stumbled anew with a double bogey on the next hole.
With the finish, Pagdangnanan pockets $7,262 (around P 400,000).
Meanwhile, teammate Dottie Ardina limped home with a 73 for 290 to finish at joint 67th with four others.
She shot four birdies against three bogeys and a double bogey on the sixth.
Ardina, who also competed with Pagdanganan at the 2024 Paris Olympics, settled with the $7,805 (around P430,000).
