Celebrating Philippine retail!

The Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) hosted its annual National Retail Conference and Expo at the SMX Convention Center, MOA Complex

Our Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) hosted its annual National Retail Conference and Expo at the SMX Convention Center, MOA Complex the other week. It was truly an inclusive gathering of the best and brightest in Philippine retail.

The Expo section was a heady blend of the well-established names, along with the newer fast-growing players in our retail landscape. Garnering an award for best display was SM Retail Inc., whose booth was a dynamic showcase of how SM Retail has expanded into a successful multi-brand phenomenon.

The conference had several insightful discussions, and a keynote address delivered by Presidential Adviser Frederick Go. One personal highlight would be the “fireside chat” on succession with Hans Sy and his son Chico.
