CCMC marks 59th anniversary with free medical services


The Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) will offer free medical services from September 23 to 27 in celebration of its 59th anniversary.

On September 23, the pediatric department will hold a “Palaro sa mga Batang kankaloo” and giveaway free vitamins, snacks, and prizes.

They will also offer free tooth extractions for 50 patients, free cataract screening, and free reading eyeglasses for 50 patients.

On September 24, there will be a free pap smear for 30 patients, breast examination, pelvic ultrasound for 30 patients, pre-natal checkup as well as free cataract screening and free reading eyeglasses for 50 patients.

A blood donation program will also be held together with free chest x-ray for 50 patients, breast ultrasound for 20 patients, free cataract screening, free reading eyeglasses for 50 patients, and a forum about knee osteoarthritis on September 25.

The Department of Internal Medicine will offer free FBS, uric acid, and ECG tests on September 26.

The hospital management said all services will be free from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. on the said dates.
