Parañaque cited as top performing city by DOF

The Department of Finance (DOF) recognized the city of Parañaque as the top performing city among highly-urbanized cities in the country in terms of locally-sourced income growth for the fiscal year of 2022.

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez said the city government received the news on Monday, September 16, which shows Parañaque's commitment on effective revenue generation and resource mobilization.

He added the recognition also displayed the trust of residents in paying their taxes properly for the city government to continue its projects and programs.

The mayor also thanked the city’s revenue-generating offices for their efficient revenue collection.
