Capiz's most wanted person nabbed in Parañaque

A 37-year-old man tagged as one of Capiz's most wanted person for illegal drugs was arrested by members of the Southern Police District Special Operation Unit (DSOU) and the Parañaque City Police on Monday, September 16.

The suspect was identified as “Patrick." He was arrested at around 3:40 p.m. inside a village in Parañaque City.

The police said members of the Maayon Municipal Police Station coordinated with DSOU and the city police for Patrick's arrest.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Lorencito Belo Diaz of the Roxas City, Capiz Regional Trial Court Branch 17.

Police operatives also recovered a .9mm pistol from the suspect.

Patrick is currently detained at the DSOU custodial facility.

Aside from illegal drugs charges, the suspect will also be charged with illegal possession of firearm.
