In a grand celebration of the Philippine real estate industry’s achievements, the Dot Property Philippines Awards recently feted this year’s honor roll of the best developers, projects, and real estate agencies on Sept. 12, 2024. Held in the Grand Ballroom of Okada, Manila in Paranaque City, the prestigious event recognized the property industry’s leaders and their valuable contribution to the development of the nation.
In her welcome remarks, Dot Property Group Country Manager Tanya Peralta-Yu addressed the real estate movers and achievers during the awards night and commended their hard work and passion in elevating the real estate industry to greater heights. “Tonight is about recognizing those who have shown the way. RLC Residences was crowned the Developer of the Year, and The Piazza at the Grand Citygate Davao by Grand Land Inc. garnered the People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year, the most coveted titles of the event.
In an impressive sweep of awards, RLC Residences, a subsidiary of Robinsons Land, took the accolades for the Best Luxury Condominium Development for Mantawi, Best Sustainable Development for Le Pont Residences, Best Condominium Architectural Design for The Residences At Westin Manila, and Best Smart Home Condominium for Sync. The property firm also bagged the Special Recognition Award for Innovation. RLC Residences garnered Property of the Year and Best Developer in Metro Manila and Cebu, among other awards in 2023.
Senior Vice President and General Manager of RLC Residences and Chief Marketing Officer of Robinson Land Richard Sotelo thanked the award-giving body, partners, agencies, and CEO Lance Gokongwei. “What we are trying to do in RLC is to put together something that addresses the customers' unmet needs and that’s very difficult, considering the amount of competition we have nowadays. Everyone has stepped up their game, so this is a message of gratitude from everyone at RLC,” he added.
Grand Land Inc. President Ryan Go led his team in accepting the Project of the Year title as well as the awards for Best Investment Property for The Piazza at the Grand Citygate Davao, and Best Developer for the Visayas.
Luxe Realty and Development Corporation bagged the Agency Excellence Award, further solidifying its leadership in the real estate brokerage industry.
Ayala Property Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, took the Best Real Estate Management Award in recognition of its expertise in managing its property portfolio.
