Big Hit Music responds to Jungkook's post

Big Hit Music has responded to the post of BTS member Jungkook that seemed to refer to NewJeans’ dispute with HYBE.

On Sept. 14, Jungkook posted on the Instagram account bowwow_bam, “Artists are not guilty” and “Don’t use them.”

In response to a query by Manila Bulletin, Big Hit Music said in a statement on Sept. 14, “JungKook posted it because he believed that under no circumstances should a young artist be involved in a dispute or used as a shield.”

NewJeans recently held a live broadcast and gave an ultimatum to HYBE, their parent company, to reinstate Min Hee-jin to her position as CEO of ADOR by Sept. 25.
