2 men wanted for frustrated murder, rape arrested in Pasay


Two men wanted for frustrated murder and rape were arrested in separate operations conducted by members of the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) of the Pasay City Police on Friday, September 13.

The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspects as  “Bebe," 43, who is tagged by the police as station level most wanted person for frustrated murder, and “Toby," 19, tagged as Rank Number 1 under district level for violation of two counts of sexual assault and two counts of statutory rape.

Pasay City Police chief PCol. Samuel Pabonita said Bebe was arrested on FB Harrison St., Baranay 70, Pasay City virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Christian Castañeda of the Pasay City Regional Trial Court, Branch 108.

Meanwhile, Toby was arrested in Barangay 197 by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the same judge for two counts of sexual assault and two counts of statutory rape with a recommended bail of P120,000 for each count.

The suspects were detained at the police custodial facility after their arrest.
